So there was evening and there was morning—the sixth day. So the heavens and the earth were completed along with their entire array. God completed on the seventh day His work that He made, and He ceased on the seventh day from all His work that He made. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, for on it He ceased from all His work that God intended to created. —Genesis 1:31b-2:3 (adapted from TLV)

Our Father, our King, have mercy on us and answer us. Because we have nothing in us with which to make or do anything. Make with us righteousness and grace and save us.

All vows, bonds, promises, obligations, and oaths between ourselves and with God which we have sworn and taken upon ourselves…
...from this Day of Atonements to the next Day of Atonements, may God work them together for good,…
as we repent of having made them.
They shall be absolved, released, annulled, made void and of none effect,
They shall not be binding nor have any power...
Our vows shall not be vows
Our bonds shall not be bonds
Our oaths shall not be oaths.
[Adapted translation]
All vows, bonds, promises, obligations, and oaths between ourselves and God which we have sworn and taken upon ourselves from last Yom HaKippurim to this Day of Atonement; may God work them together for good, as we repent of having made them rashly.
